Project Background
Kepong’Gi Square is a newly developed commercial destination designed to serve the local community and surrounding neighborhoods. The challenge was to create immediate momentum upon opening.
The Objective:
To establish Kepong’Gi Square as a vibrant and active commercial hub from day one, we needed to:
- Drive strong foot traffic during the launch period.
- Create an engaging and lively on-site atmosphere.
- Increase exposure for the district and its tenants.

We delivered a full end-to-end activation strategy, managing the event from concept to completion. This included:
